Welcome to the first official client case study on Conglomerate 101.
This series will follow the full development journey of JDA Fitness, a new health and wellness brand founded by Jean-Louis Delomme (aka JD) — my very first client under the Conglomerate 101 banner.
JD is a passionate fitness professional with a clear vision. My role is to take that vision and build it into a strong, functional brand using everything I know about business, branding, and smart digital tools.
🧩 What JDA Fitness Needed
JD already had:
A strong sense of purpose
A desire to turn his personal training into a proper business
A willingness to invest in doing it right
What he needed was:
A professional online presence
Clear branding and messaging
A simple way for clients to book him
A digital setup that can grow with him over time
That’s where I stepped in — building the brand, website, systems, and structure from scratch.
💡 My Approach
This isn’t just a website build — it’s a working example of how I help clients use simple, powerful tools to launch professionally, even on a tight budget.
It’s also part of my own journey as a student of Artificial Intelligence for Business, where I’m learning how to combine digital tools with human strategy.
In this case study, I’m putting that learning into practice. I’m using everyday platforms like Wix, Canva, and AI writing tools to help bring JDA Fitness to life.
That means:
Using AI to write or refine content like service descriptions and website text
Saving time on design using smart templates and brand kits
Automating bookings and confirmations so JD doesn’t have to do it manually
Helping him grow a professional image without needing a big team
✅ What’s Been Done So Far
In just a short time, we’ve already made major progress:
Established a digital presence
Built a full website mock up, mobile-friendly and easy to navigate
Created a booking system for fitness classes and 1-to-1 sessions
Used his custom logo and brand look using JD’s initials and a bold, simple design
Created clear brand messaging focused on accessibility and chronic illness support
Wrote launch content including the About page and two blog posts
All of this has been created with long-term use in mind — so JD can manage things himself without needing a web designer every time he updates a class or adds a new offer.
🤝 Why I’m Sharing This
Too many people with great ideas never get their business off the ground because they don’t know where to start — or they think it has to be expensive and complicated.
This case study is here to show it doesn’t.
By documenting this journey:
I’m giving real-life examples of what’s possible with the right support
I’m showing other small business owners what it looks like to build with clarity
I’m creating a live portfolio that connects my studies with real client outcomes
📅 What’s Coming Next
In future updates, I’ll be sharing:
How we designed the booking system to save time
How I used AI tools to help write brand messaging
What’s working, what’s changing, and what we’re learning along the way
You’ll get a full look inside the process — step by step — as we move from setup to launch to scale.
Thanks for following the journey. This is just the beginning.
